Only 32Bit Prozessors (>=68020) are supported!. To install just copy the files SampleVision SampleVision.info @{ui} to the drawer sys:devs/datatypes @{ui} and the file SampleVision.datatype @{ui} to the drawer sys:classes/datatypes @{ui} and reboot your machine. @endnode @node SVINFO "Sample Vision Fileformat Information" @{b}Sample Vision@{ub} is a special file format used by a tool on MS-DOS computers. It stores always mono samples in 16 Bit and can include 8 looppoints and markers. File Extension : #?.smp (not checked by datatype) Magic Number : "SOUND SAMPLE DATA 2.1 " (checked by datatype) @endnode @node FEATODO "Features & TODO" FEATURES *Decode @{"Sample Vision" link SVINFO} file format to 8 bit sample data *Extracts name of sample if present and uses this name for the objects name *Normalizes the 8bit data (which is musch quicker) METHODS *OM_New to read from file (near future) *Normalize the 16 bit data for better quality ( but is much slower ) *Looppoint extraction *Low memory detection & low memory conversion (maybe) *Implement other methods (Write) *Prefs and shared library for conversion & general behaviour of sound data- types, based on a sound support library wich can convert and process sample data.
